What TWENTY3 Intelligence Is

A working library of tools, calculators, guides, and benchmarks for gift and lifestyle brand operators.

This is not a media company or a consulting firm. TWENTY3 Intelligence is a platform built and maintained by brand operators, with tools designed to help other brand operators make better decisions about pricing, margins, channels, cash flow, trade shows, and distribution.

Everything here is built for the real operational questions: what should my wholesale price be, what does it actually cost me to sell on Faire, how do I know if a sales rep is worth the commission, what is my working capital requirement going into a growth year. These are the questions we found ourselves calculating manually on spreadsheets, or not calculating at all because there was nothing useful to work with. The P23 library is the answer to that.

The library has 74 tools. They are organized into six areas: pricing and margins, channel strategy, trade shows, international, cash flow and operations, and wholesale fundamentals. Every tool is free to use in the browser. Downloads require one email address.

Who Built This

The brands behind the platform.

TWENTY3 Intelligence was built by a serial entrepreneur with majority ownership across multiple brands, agencies, and consulting companies in the gift and lifestyle space globally. The tools here are built from direct operational experience running wholesale businesses across the US, Europe, and international markets.

The background spans brand building from the ground up, wholesale channel development across Faire, direct, and rep structures, international distribution and landed cost management, trade show strategy across major US and European markets, and consulting work with independent gift and lifestyle brands at various stages of growth.

The tools and benchmarks here reflect real operational experience, not research or third-party data alone. When the FaireROI calculator models a 15% commission hit on your margins, it is because that commission has been absorbed on real orders across real brands. When the TariffImpact calculator models a 25% duty rate, it is because those duties have been paid. The numbers are not hypothetical.

Why It Exists

The gap this platform was built to fill.

There is no shortage of generic small business advice on the internet. There is almost no operator-level content written specifically for the gift and lifestyle wholesale channel. The content that does exist is either too broad to be actionable, or produced by platforms with a financial interest in how you use them.

What we needed, and built, is a set of tools that answer the actual questions: not "should you consider wholesale pricing carefully" but rather "what is the minimum wholesale price I can set on this SKU given my current landed cost and channel mix." Not "Faire can be a useful platform" but "what is the true net revenue after Faire commission, processing fees, and the cost of capital on net-60 terms."

Every tool in the library exists because someone on our team needed to answer that exact question and built a calculator to do it. We have cleaned them up, documented the logic, and made them available here.

Who It Is For

The platform is designed for one audience.

Founders and operators at independent gift and lifestyle brands. Specifically: brands doing or planning wholesale, at any stage from pre-launch through established multi-channel operations. The tools are calibrated for the gift, design, stationery, candle, ceramics, textile, puzzle, and related lifestyle product categories.

The calculators work for any physical product brand in the wholesale channel. The benchmarks and guidance are most accurate for brands in the gift and lifestyle space, since that is where the underlying experience is from.

It is not designed for large consumer packaged goods companies, fashion brands with entirely different margin structures, or brands not involved in wholesale. The numbers and decision frameworks are built around independent wholesale, not mass retail or grocery.

The P23 library is free. The next product is paid.

twenty3.ai is currently in development. It is the paid tier of TWENTY3 Intelligence and a platform built to change how product brands access and act on market intelligence in the B2B wholesale channel.

The P23 library solves the calculation and reference problem: you can find the right tool, run the right numbers, and read the right guide. twenty3.ai solves the intelligence problem: real-time market data, account-level insights, channel benchmarks drawn from live platform data, and decision tools that connect your operational numbers to the broader market. It is not another SaaS dashboard. It is the operating system for a wholesale brand that wants to compete on information.

The B2B wholesale intelligence market is fragmented, outdated, and built for large enterprises. Independent gift and lifestyle brands have had no access to the kind of structured market intelligence that larger companies use to make channel, pricing, and distribution decisions. twenty3.ai is built to change that: giving independent operators the same quality of insight at a price point that makes sense for their scale.
