TWENTY3 Intelligence LLC is committed to making the P23-EDU wholesale intelligence education library at twenty3.tech accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe access to wholesale intelligence education should not be limited by physical or cognitive ability.
1. Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
2. Measures We Take
To support accessibility, we take the following measures:
- Ensuring sufficient color contrast between foreground and background elements throughout the Library
- Using semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy across all 74 tools
- Ensuring all calculator and guide functionality is operable via keyboard navigation
- Providing descriptive page titles and meaningful link text
- Ensuring compatibility with current assistive technologies including screen readers
- Including ARIA labels on interactive elements where appropriate
- Reviewing the Library periodically for accessibility compliance
3. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of the Library may not yet fully conform to all guidelines. Known limitations include interactive data visualizations in certain calculators, complex Excel export functionality, and some dynamic content elements. We are actively working to address these limitations as the Library develops.
4. Feedback and Assistance
If you experience any difficulty accessing content in the Library, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please contact us at hello@twenty3.ai. We will respond within 5 business days and work to provide the content or functionality you need through an accessible alternative means if required.
5. Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) at w3.org/WAI for guidance, or contact relevant accessibility enforcement authorities in your jurisdiction.
