TWENTY3 Intelligence LLC ("TWENTY3 Intelligence," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the P23-EDU wholesale intelligence education library at twenty3.tech (the "Library"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with your use of the Library.

When you download a PDF or Excel file from the Library, we collect the information you submit through the download gate form: your name, work email address, brand or company name, and role. This information is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded to hello@twenty3.ai.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and to understand how the Library is used. We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks, or cross-site tracking technologies.
1.3 Local Storage
When you submit the download form, your email address is stored in your browser's local storage under the key p23_library_email. This allows subsequent downloads on the same device to proceed without re-entering your information. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to: (a) deliver the requested download; (b) contact you about P23 wholesale intelligence services if relevant to your work; and (c) understand demand for the Library by category and role type. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not add you to automated marketing sequences without a separate opt-in.
3. Data Retention
Email addresses and associated form data submitted through the download gate are retained for a maximum of 24 months from submission. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@twenty3.ai with the subject line "Delete my data."
4. Third-Party Services
Download form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io). Their privacy practices are governed by the Formspree Privacy Policy. The Library uses Google Fonts, loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. No other third-party services are used.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@twenty3.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
The Library is intended for professionals in the wholesale and retail industry. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
